If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll work with you to resolve it — replacement, exchange, or refund.

What We Cover

We'll replace or refund at no cost to you if:

• Your item arrives damaged or defective
• There's a printing error (wrong design, faded print, misalignment)
• You received the wrong item or size
• The item is materially different from what was shown

Size Exchanges

Since every shirt is made-to-order, we do not accept returns for size exchanges unless the item was defective or incorrectly fulfilled. Please use our size guide carefully before ordering. When in doubt, size up — patriot-grade comfort runs true to size.

How to Request a Return or Refund

2. Describe the issue and attach a photo if the item is damaged or defective
3. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items returned after 30 days of delivery without prior authorization
• Items that have been washed, worn, or altered (unless defective)
• Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)
